## What it does

Formsout is an AI form builder where you type what you need ("a feedback form for a restaurant") and AI generates the complete form in ~5 seconds. All questions, field types, and structure are selected automatically. Forms publish instantly with a shareable link, QR code, custom slug URL, and embed code.
