Form Webhooks

Get notified the moment a form is submitted — Formsout sends a JSON payload to any URL you give it.

A webhook is how you connect Formsout to the rest of your stack. Every time someone submits your form, Formsout sends a structured JSON payload to the URL you configure. No polling. No manual exports. The data flows automatically — to your CRM, your Slack channel, your automation platform, or your own backend.

Works with any HTTP endpoint: Zapier, Make.com, n8n, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Discord, Airtable, Notion, or a custom server. Slack webhooks are automatically detected — Formsout sends the correct `{text: ...}` format. The payload includes all question answers, form ID, response ID, and a timestamp. Available on Pro plans.

How it works
01
Paste your webhook URL
In form settings, paste the endpoint URL — from Zapier, Make, your server, or anywhere else. Save.
02
Someone submits your form
The moment a response is received, Formsout fires a POST request to your URL with the full response payload.
03
Your tool receives it
The destination tool — Zapier, HubSpot, Slack — receives the data and triggers whatever automation you've set up.
