- Account information: name, email address, and authentication data provided when you sign up via Clerk.

- Form data: the forms you create and the responses collected through those forms.
- Payment information: billing details processed by DodoPayments. We do not store card details on our servers.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Send you account-related notifications and updates.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor usage to prevent abuse and ensure fair use of the platform.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Supabase — database and file storage
- DodoPayments — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI form generation
- Upstash — rate limiting
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
- ZeptoMail — transactional email
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may not function correctly as a result.
